Means of transport




A bus is big, cheap and comfortable.
This is a red London bus. It is a symbol of London.







This is a yellow school bus. It is used to transport
children to and from school








This is a London taxi. It has the popular name of
Black Cab.











This is a New York cab. The Yellow Taxicab Co. was incorporated in New York on April 3, 1912. According to Yellow Cab Co. tradition, the color yellow was selected because it was the easiest color to spot.

BEETHOVEN



The Early Years

Ludwig van Beethoven was born in Germany in 1770 and died in 1827 at the age of 56.
Beethoven's father and grandfather were professional musicians.

With just four little notes Beethoven was able to create his most famous work, Symphony No. 5. This heroic piece is recognized and performed all over the world.


Symphony No. 9 was written when Beethoven was completely deaf.
